Do you have a creative space? When we purchased our home, we were fortunate that it had a built in spare room off the garage. This multi-purpose space has been used for storage, as a workshop and now a creative studio. We have young girls so I wanted this area to be kid-friendly and a place they felt welcomed as well. We do crafts together, paint and they are free to imagine. They also have a DIY vintage-inspired booth (thank you DawgDesign) that they use as a restaurant, store, library and more.
The entire studio has a French Farmhouse vibe with chippy features, market baskets and vintage finds. As we have grown to spend more time in this space and invite guests over, we realized a mini fridge in this room would be perfect for refreshments. We had been looking for one for a while, but as with everything else I was searching for something aesthetically pleasing 😊 and the Smeg option was out of our budget. When I was at the International Home & Housewares Show last March, however, I learned about Galanz who is introducing many different types of appliances and retro refrigerators in the United States. I had the opportunity to see their retro mini fridge selection in person; not only were they beautiful, I could tell right away they were built to last. Most importantly - they are budget friendly!!
We were so excited to partner with Galanz and try out this new product! Shown below is the 3.1 Cu. Ft. Retro Top Mount Freezer Refrigerator.
Note: color may vary slightly do to photography method used.
As you can see, the retro design complements our vintage studio perfectly. We love the dual door for convenience too.
This space is quickly becoming a family favorite to relax. Even Mingo feels at home 😊
I have a lot of plans for this space and can't wait to take you along as the rest of our journey unfolds. I have dreams of offering chalk paint workshops, hosting farm visits and selling our handmade items. Thank you for being here every step of the way!!
