Vintage Playroom Addition

Hi friends! 

Today I'm sharing all about the latest addition to our playroom.

Our girls love to be outside, but I wanted to add something new for them to play with inside through the winter.  Some friends of ours, Justin & Lesley Gerard, made this awesome booth for us.  Isn't it AMAZING?  I love the vintage touches they added using  lath board and the metal window awning.  We used warm grey by Jeanne d'Arc Living to add some color accents and I love the way it turned out!  It's made to grow with our girls and I can see them setting up their own vintage booth at future markets someday selling lavender lemonade. ;) For now, they are using their imaginations and playing store, restaurant and hosting their own "paint" classes.  

We use black aprons at our Chalk Paint Workshops and I knew the girls would love having their own - they LOVE to dress up. They were an inexpensive gift idea and perfect for Christmas!

Many of you know, but we are a retailer of vintage paint and accessories by Jeanne d'Arc Living. The girls have grown up seeing our products and they were thrilled to get some leftover boxes, empty paint cans and brushes. Christmas was pretty easy this year - they aren't hard to please :) 

I suspect we will move this setup outdoors in the spring, but for now, the girls are enjoying it. A s you maybe be able to tell from the photos, they are FULL of energy and LOVE to play!!!
