Makeover with Removable Wallpaper

I'm so excited to share the makeover we tackled this weekend with removable wallpaper from Rocky Mountain Decals!

Do you remember the mini-makeover we gave our daughters' room before Christmas? Here was the mood board I put together for inspiration.

 

We sold the toddler beds from IKEA and decided to incorporate my antique bed from college. My 3 year old had recently added her own "creative art" with ink pen to one wall, but this gave me the idea to do a fun accent wall with wallpaper vs. paint again. I selected the vintage brick removable wallpaper from Rocky Mountain Decals. To shop, click the link below.

 

For reference, here is a look at the wall before. 

 We started this project on Saturday and I was amazed how easy it was to install. The wallpaper came in 6 long strips and we simply removed the paper backing and applied the self-adhesive wallpaper. We started on the left and worked out way from top to bottom.


                                                 

Very few tools were required. Rocky Mountain Decals sent over an item (similar to a credit card) to help the wallpaper adhere and smooth out the air bubbles. I also used a utility knife to cut the wallpaper around our windows and trim. A few other supplies we used were a step stool, tape measure and scissors. 

                                                          

Overall, this was a super easy project. We took our time, but this could have been completed in a hour or so. Ours was just a bit tricky since we had windows to cut around. I love the texture it added to our girls' room! Here's the before and after.

На первый взгляд, они достаточно просты, однако их неукоснительное выполнение может стать проблемой для некоторых людей. В любом случае, каждый человек должен быть с ними знаком и стремиться реализовать их в своей повседневной жизни.
    Итак, основными принципами ЗОЖ являются:
    В первую очередь это хороший стабильный сон, человек должен спать без перерыва минимум 7 часов, именно это время позволяет нашему организму отдохнуть и восстановиться после тяжелого дня.
    Утренняя зарядка залог здоровья, именно она помогает нам прийти в себя после ночи, размять мышцы и сутава а также привести кровоток в рабочий режим.
    Продуманное сбалансированное питание. Этому принципу стоит уделить самое пристальное внимание, поскольку он оказывает сильнейшее влияние на конечный результат. Если человек решил вести ЗОЖ, то он обязательно должен соблюдать режим питания.
    Избавление от лишних килограммов. Они несовместимы со здоровым образом жизни. Для решения проблемы лишнего веса все методы хороши – активные занятия спортом, фитнес, внедрение различных диет и т.д. Кстати, не стоит самостоятельно увлекаться диетами – они должны быть разработаны специалистом – диетологом.
    Полный отказ от вредных привычек. Для этого необходимо, прежде всего, желание и твердая воля.
    Ну и конечно же личная гигиена, ее соблюдение может очень существенно поддержать здоровье.
    Конечно же соблюдение режима дня и процедуры для закаливания организма.
    Хорошая мотивация
    В интернете очень много информации о здоровом образе жизни, но есть особенные и проверенные ресурсы.
