It's hard to believe we are celebrating our 7th anniversary this year! We've endured some of both life's greatest blessings and hardships together and I'm so thankful for the life we share.
Traditionally, the seventh anniversary gift is represented by copper and wool. Copper is seen as a durable metal that, according to Greek mythology, attracts love and protects against evil. Wool, on the other hand, symbolizes warmth and comfort.
As for copper, y'all know I collect and love it! For our anniversary, I wanted to do something special for my husband and was so excited to find the perfect copper gift ideas.

My husband isn't big on men's jewelry, but I thought he would appreciate the benefits. Did you know that copper bracelets have many benefits and help with joint stiffness and pain, mineral absorption, increased cardiovascular health, healthier immune system and anti-aging?
I found Missy Barndt's store on Etsy "Gardens Gate Jewelry" and loved her line of handmade copper bracelets. 
I was able to have my husband's bracelet custom engraved. In keeping with the French-theme, I went with "pour toujours le vôtre" which means "forever yours." Here's the picture that Missy sent me. This was my first time working with her and customer service was great!
This would be a perfect anniversary, wedding, or "new-dad" gift idea!

The other handmade item I found for my husband was a copper ring. He's not typically one to wear his wedding ring unless it is an important occasion so I got this for everyday wear :)
Wool Gift Ideas
I think for 2020, we've got "wool" covered with starting our hobby farm and the additions of our four Olde English "Babydoll" Southdown sheep over the last year :)
This spring they will all be sheared for the first time and I can't wait to do some creating with their wool.
